How to take care of your battery ?
Wiizzee gives you some tips for a perfect use of your batteries. All our products are delivered with the latest generation of Lithium-Ion batteries.
For good use and a long lifespan, here are some tips to follow :
- Do not put your machine in a damp place
- Do not expose it to extreme temperatures (below 0°C and above 50°C)
- Do not immerse your product in water
- Do not disassemble your battery
- Do not leave it on charge longer than indicated in the user manual
- Do not short circuit your battery
- Do not recharge it with a charger other than the one supplied with your machine. Not even with another of the same brand (the charger is designed only for your type of battery)
- Don t charge your battery to 100prc every time. Remember to do a minimum full charge every 3 months.
- Do not wait for the end of the battery to charge your product.
- After using your product, allow the battery to cool down before charging it.
- Do not leave your machine in your car trunk.
- Do not leave your machine in the rain.
In the event of wintering or prolonged non-use, be sure to store your machine in a dry place and sheltered from temperature fluctuations.

How to take care of your machine ?

Note on the indicated range and speed
The product parameters are given for information only. The value indicated for the speed as well as for the range are acquired on a full load with a person weighing 70 kg, on level roads and a temperature of 25°C.
There are several factors to take into account when using these products. Among the most important: the rolling surface and the gradient, the user s weight, the tire pressure and battery charge, the driving style and natural conditions (temperature, humidity, wind, etc.). All of these factors affect the maximum speed and distance of the product. Therefore, each user will have their own results. Test yours.
Instructions for use
- Before first use, read the instructions carefully and fully charge the product battery
- Store the product in a dry place between +5°C and +35°C
- Be sure to recharge it once every 3 months.
- Check the tightness of the various screws and shock absorbers before using the product.
- The maximum weight of a person who can use the product is indicated on the instructions for use.
