What is an electric scooter?

An electric scooter has all the features of a conventional scooter, plus a battery and an electric motor. It lets you move around town or country as you please, just as a car would, but in a less cumbersome way.

What are the different types of electric scooter?

Electric scooters come in all shapes and sizes: single-motor and dual-motor, powerful and quiet, off-road and city, for kids and adults... There's something for everyone.

How to choose an electric scooter

It all depends on your needs and your budget! Take into account maximum speed, range, weight and, of course, price. To choose the right electric scooter for you :

How fast am I allowed to drive?

In France, according to the EDPM (Engin de Déplacement Personnel Motorisé) law revised in September 2023, the maximum authorized speed is 25 km/h.

Do I need insurance to ride an electric scooter?

Your machine must be insured to operate on public roads. In addition, it must have front and rear lights, reflectors and a horn.

What do I risk if I break the law?

Failure to comply with the speed limit is an offence punishable by a fine of 135 euros.

What is an unbridled electric scooter?

This refers to a device whose maximum speed has been increased, mechanically or electronically, beyond the regulatory 25 km/h in France. Buying an electric scooter that is unbridled by design is punishable by a €1,500 fine.

How do I disable cruise control on the WS11?

Step 1: Access the advanced menu by pressing the "M" button for a few seconds.

Step 2: Click "M" again until you reach the "P1" menu.

Step 3: Four 0's will flash so you can access more parameters. Modify the digits by entering code 1159 using + and -.

Step 4: Navigate to menu "P9" and select "OFF" then validate by pressing and holding "M".

How do I unlock my electric scooter?

All our electric scooters are limited by design to 25 km/h. Legally, we can't tell you how to unlock your electric scooter, even if you want to use it on private land or in a country where the law allows it.

Why is my electric scooter limited to 120 kilos?

Limiting your electric scooter to 120 kilos allows it to support a decent user weight while providing sufficient performance to get you around normally.

Only payments in 2, 3 or 4 instalments without charge are available on our site and are offered by our service provider Alma, in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

What are the delivery times?

Once payment has been received, delivery takes between 5 and 7 working days.

I'm not satisfied with my electric scooter. How can I return my product?

If the finished product is not to your liking, was purchased from our website less than 15 days ago and is brand new and in its original packaging, you can return it to us at your own expense. To do so, please contact our after-sales service.

Do you deliver to Europe?

Yes, we deliver to France, Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Spain, the Vatican, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden and Slovenia.

Is it possible to pay a deposit for a pre-order?

Even for a pre-order, you must pay the full amount of the product. Otherwise, payment in 2, 3 or 4 instalments is available.

Can I get an invoice without VAT?

By placing an order on, you are deciding to make a purchase from a company based in France. We are therefore unable to provide you with a VAT-free invoice, whether you are in another country or are a company.

How long is the warranty on my product? guarantees its products for 2 years. Lithium batteries and chargers are guaranteed for 1 year.

My wheel has a puncture. What can I do?

Wiizzee offers a puncture service that includes :

  • Changing the inner tube of your gyroroue
  • Repair labor at our expense
  • Visual inspection of the product
How does an after-sales procedure work?

Once you've sent us all the information we need to open the file (invoice and serial number), we'll pass it on to our technicians. One of them will contact you directly. There is no need to contact us again for 72 hours. When you are in contact with our technician, please follow the progress directly with him. To avoid overloading them and thus slowing down the process, it's best not to contact them again before the deadline. 15 jours préalablement donné.

How do I repair my electric scooter?

Our workshop is not open to the public. Our technicians process files in order of arrival and feasibility, so it is not possible to wait on site for your product to be repaired. Repair times are given as an indication only, and are subject to change.
